电针配合行为疗法对孤独症患儿行为能力及智能的影响

    [摘 要] 目的：探寻治疗孤独症的有效疗法。方法：将60例孤独症患儿随机分为电针行为疗法组(30例)和行为疗法组(30例)。两组均进行常规行为疗法，电针行为疗法组在此基础上穴取百会、四神聪、神庭、本神、印堂、脑户、脑空、内关及头针语言一区、语言二区、语言三区进行电针。观察两组疗效及治疗前后分别进行图片词汇量表(PPVT)、孤独症行为能力的测试。结果：电针行为疗法组总有效率为86.7%，优于行为疗法组的56.7%(P0.05)。结论：电针行为疗法组可以明显改善孤独症的临床症状，但对智能改善不明显。

Methods Sixty children of autism were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture (EA) plus behavior therapy group and a behavior therapy group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with routine behavior, with EA at Baihui (GV 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Shenting (GV 24), Benshen (GB 13), Yintang (EX-HN 3), Naohu (GV 17), Naokong (GB 19), Neiguan (PC 6) and scalp acupuncture at Speech Areas Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ added for the EA plus behavior therapy group. Their therapeutic effects were observed, and the picture and vocabulary scale (PPVT) and behavior ability were detected. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the EA plus behavior therapy group which was better than 56.7% of the behavior therapy group, and had significant enhancement in sensation, association, body, and ability of self-care (P0.05). Conclusion EA combined with behavior therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms of autism, but does not improve intelligence.

     2.2 行为疗法组

    只进行行为疗法治疗，疗法、疗程同电针行为疗法组。

    2.3 观察指标

    (1)采用杨晓玲[1]修订的《孤独症行为检查表》(ABC)评定孤独症行为。该量表为孤独症症状筛查工具，由家长填写完成，包括感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言、生活自理5个因子组成。ABC总分[2]评定智商。该量表是一种非言语性量表，适用于2.5～8.5岁儿童，共有120幅图片，每幅图片又有4张不同的图及相匹配的词。检查时主试者要求被试者指出其中一个词所相应的图画，按其完成图词数量的累积正确数，根据具体的年龄算出智商。此表不需要口语表达，对孤独症儿童或伴有语言障碍的且年龄偏小的儿童较为适用。PPVT边缘智力84～70分，轻度智力低下69～50分
